Find me a place to sleep
Uninterrupted, motionless heaven
A bed
Unique, deserted island to awake
after dreams
Botany, privacy
Earth and me
Floating in a dream world
centuries old and thriving
I sit and try to speculate
Follow through with eyelids sinking
Last night non-existent
Sleepless
Support garnered hope
To find knowledge and a hold
on a cuddly pillow
Pillow talk in classrooms
Words flow together
Mind wanders
Head gives up the fight
Nods against the flourescent
Lost inside a vacuum , crying
trying to escape the crucifixion
trying to kindle a happy ending
On a bed, a feathered bed
Receiving love
Or maybe not
Sleep is primary above all else
